The staff at Bussey’s Ford,Norwich were very polite. The only criticism for me was I had to make numerous phone calls to track my new purchase which was well over its delivery date.
Chloe went above and beyond really pleased with my new vehicle would recommend anybody to buy a ford through her 10/10.
Supposed to pick up van for a service. Went to wrong address despite being told the correct one. Hour and half later still not bothered to pick up the van despite knowing that it had to be returned to me by a certain time. Cancelled appointment to rearrange. Thank you Ford for the stress this morning so very much appreciated! And yet again Busseys have caused us more inconvenience. Van booked in for service. Fault that the exhaust filter is full. Got to start this review with a huge shout-out to Chloe. I’m sure I’m not alone in dreading the search for a new car — pushy, commission-obsessed salespeople seem to be the norm these days, and I personally don’t enjoy buying from them. Chloe completely breaks that mould. I called Busseys to enquire about a car I’d seen online and mentioned that I planned on popping in after work to take a look.
