Brilliant service would definitely recommend
I bought my vehicle at Busseys Norwich and have now had it serviced there too. The sales process was great. I test drove a single car, gave my feedback, and a couple of days later the ideal match turned up instead. The finance was also very straightforward and they gave me a decent trade-in for my ST3, despite a few knocks and dings. The service was excellent. Came in for a recall and a investigation on faulty air con. The did the recall but ran outta time for the investigating which was a bit irritating but at least they didn't charge me. Communication was good though and they were fair and honest about it all so, I'll try n survive the next heatwave, but at least the airbags work

Have been using Busseys for years. Last time I had my car serviced with them they tried to give me an automatic courtesy car. I explained that I'd only ever driven a manual and eventually they gave me a manual staff car. I just called to book my car in again and they can't book me in until 4th September due to lack of manual courtesy cars. I have an engine warning light that has appeared so need it seen to quicker than that. I've been a Ford customer for decades and a shame to see it come to an end. Poor customer service.
