Dr. Bussey is an absolute ray of sunshine. I put off scheduling my root canal, and finally did it. She was careful, kind, and took extra time to consider my complicated case (that went beyond what I was seeing her for). I had no pain during the root canal, and none after the procedure. Highly highly recommend.
Dr Kelly Bussey is the endodontist you want to see for a root canal. She quickly put me at ease and explained each step as she carried out the procedure. Dr Bussey has great personality and I highly recommend her 😊
Dr. Kelly Bussey is the best and exactly who you want to see if you ever need a root canal. Throughout my procedure, Dr. Bussey prioritized making sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. She is reassuring in how she explains everything, which helps you feel more at ease. Her father, who is now retired, treated me as well and provided the same outstanding patient-centered care. Dr. Bussey’s dental assistant and receptionist are wonderful as well. I absolutely recommend this practice!
Dr. Bussey and her staff made you feel at home, not an easy task for a dental office and I cannot thank them enough for that. They were even kind enough to help me find a dentist in my network close by.
I’m giving them 2 stars only because my initial conversation was great. Once I received the over priced fees with insurance benefits I called to explain and cancel. I was hung up on and I was not being rude or anything to deserve being disregarded. Definitely don’t expect good customer service unless you are 100% agreeable with everything.
