First off, everyone that I dealt with has been very friendly, but I had so many issues with trying to get my 2 pair of glasses in that I will not be going back there. They forgot to order my 2nd pair, and when they finally did get my 2nd pair in, they were the same frames that I already had. I was told I could just keep them. The office manager called and told me that because of all the issues, they were going to refund me the cost for the second pair. I’ve been to several eye doctors in Bartlesville and even Oklahoma City and Bussey Eyecare is by far the best one I have been to!! They have wonderful staff and great eye doctors! I am so happy I switched to them.
The optometrist was very nice and my daughter was in and out in less then an hour.
