Davis is a straight shooter , really like him and he’s always available for me
This is my second review, I deleted my first one after Mr. Fouts threatened to drop my case and sue me for services rendered if I did not delete it. I do not recommend Mr. Fouts at all. He seems very sincere when he promises you the moon just to get your business as he did me and I ended up with crumbs. I wish I had never met him, my life has gone straight down hill ever since, I am living in misery! Mr. Fouts is exceptional. If you need an attorney he’s the guy for you! We have had nothing but a wonderful experience while working with him. He has helped us out so much and won us a settlement. We are so grateful for being referred to him! He was very professional and always responded to our phone call or email as soon as he could in a timely manner.
