This place takes really long to load, had 4pm appointment checked around 3:30pm and its almost 3 hrs they ask me sign BoLs they providing me only 1 copy then i request for an extra copy since DOT laws, then they refused to provide extra copies with an attitude arguing. Feels like the employees do not want to do their job correctly. Very disappointed , unsatisfied. Wish i can give them negative stars they don’t deserve
