Very bad experience with Busselton Toyota from the start. Unprofessional, lying, rude and no help in any way. Six months of dragging out emails and little help as possible. DO NOT do business with this store!!!
I now know why Laurie and the team won so many awards. I have been using them for years with great satisfaction, I just had a Toyota service in Brisbane and customers were clearly not their favourite people. The customer service was slack and the cost for a service was more than the web quoted. When the car finally arrived it wasn’t even washed. Very dissatisfied.
We are very happy with Jed & Jack. They are always very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. We highly recommend Busselton Toyota. Thanks again Mick & Denise.
NEGITIVE STARS!!!!!!! I have never in my life dealt with such rude, unpleasant and disrespectful people. From the moment we walked in they wanted nothing to do with us. They were very standoffish, unwelcome body language and tone, wouldn't answer any of our questions, assist us in anyway, they couldn’t even look us in the eye when speaking to us.
