NEGITIVE STARS!!!!!!! I have never in my life dealt with such rude, unpleasant and disrespectful people. From the moment we walked in they wanted nothing to do with us. They were very standoffish, unwelcome body language and tone, wouldn't answer any of our questions, assist us in anyway, they couldn’t even look us in the eye when speaking to us. We had an issue with the 4WD selector on our 2020 HiLux. So we booked it in with the team @Busselton Toyota. From the first enquiry to getting the car back the team were friendly with clear communication and handled our concern with care and precision. And there was no charge as it was covered by the Toyota Warranty. Good old fashioned service with a smile does exist - Awesome work Busselton Toyota 5.5 Stars!!!
