Jack helped me get into a Hilux after a bit of bad luck. He handled everything, I barely had to lift a finger and I was genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. The car was delivered immaculate, detailed with a full tank of fuel. Very impressed, ask for Jack.
Absolute legends here! Had a rental Prado that started giving us a bunch of codes on our drive down from Perth to the Margaret River. We decided to swing into the dealership on a hope and a prayer that they might be able to help just clear the codes. Mark in the front office and Tim were amazing and helped clear it up and were beyond helpful. Can't thank you and the team for saving our trip! Thank you all so much!!!
Have dealt with many car yards over the years & this was by far the best of them all. We were greeted by David Kennedy while browsing the lot, very pleasant mannered, knowledgeable, certainly knows his vehicles & not pushy at all, an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Felt very confident purchasing a vehicle. Outstanding service all round, will be my future go to when upgrading, 5 stars.
Dreadful customer service. I took my Toyota Corolla under warranty 6 (six) times there in 2 years to fix the aircon. They are not capable to fix it. Two/Three months time to get an appointment (when yoh have no aircon), go there, leave the car and after a while it doesn’t work again. You complain, they simply don’t care. Simply terrible, Toyota doesn’t deserve such a poor service.
