Have used these guys twice and the first time was a service as we’d just bought the house, and it has an old evap unit. The first service was good. He went above and beyond (that’s why they have 2 stars) and said when we had some spare $ the pads would do well to be replaced but we could use it for the summer and it would be fine. that was in January 2024.
