Have used these guys twice and the first time was a service as we’d just bought the house, and it has an old evap unit. The first service was good. He went above and beyond (that’s why they have 2 stars) and said when we had some spare $ the pads would do well to be replaced but we could use it for the summer and it would be fine. that was in January 2024. Helpful regarding my aircon issues.
This company installed a Daikin ducted A/con system when our house was built in 1999. Since then we have only had to call on them twice and both times we received excellent service. In September the system gave notice of coming to the end of its days and we called in Busselton R&AC to inspect and quote for a replacement. This was done seamlessly and immediately.
