First time using these people . Won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Long story short as I drove out of the yard after paying nearly $700 the new hose they had just fitted blew off and I had to limp back to get it fitted properly. No way the car was test driven before being handed back to me despite claims it had been. In addition there were oily fingerprints all over the drivers door and the old hose had been left on the floor of the car. The service manager was awesome though and got it sorted

The service department is under staffed. -Two months wait to get a service booked in - They say they’ll callback and they don’t - “ just a sec” becomes ten minutes on hold - when you finally get to speak to someone- the staff have gone home! Or- they say they tried calling you but the number was incorrect!!!! No missed calls noted. And this is the next day! - I had the same experience last year when my service was due. I ended up going elsewhere. We are blaming the Covid hiatus but this is eight months later! No better, only... read more

Awful customer service also was told the car was detailed, not only was the outside not cleaned the inside wasn't even looked at. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
