I gave one star as there’s no zero stars or negative scores. I’ve bought two new Mitsubishis over the past 7 years from Perth as busselton either didn’t have stock or weren’t competitive on price. I’ve had multiple bad experiences from the staff through servicing with both vehicles, outlander and pajero. Got a major service done on my pajero and asked them to check the 4wd system, they told me it was fine along with my battery service ended up being over a grand! Craig Saunders and his team at Mitsubishi Bussleton have been wonderful to deal with when servicing my 2019 Pajero and particularly with identifying and fixing a couple of mechanical issues under warranty. While travelling down to Busselton for our holiday yesterday, we had problems with our car and was very grateful and appreciative to Yunus for organising prompt repairs at very short notice and getting us back on the road to enjoy our holiday. Me and my partner are traveling Australia. We were having some problems with our car not starting. Craig and his team managed to help us out on the spot and get us back on the road, with a new battery! Great customer service, highly recommend.
I went to Busselton Mitsubishi to have a look at potential new cars. I found the young gentleman quite helpful with the assistance he provided us. Unfortunately some of the information he provided to me was incorrect simply regarding towing capacity, this did not upset me as I new the towing capacity of the vehicle was around 1.5t, later confirmed to be 1.6t.
