I highly recommend this medical practice as one of the best I have visited. All staff (Doctors, Nurses and Admin) are caring and professional and go above and beyond to help their patients.
Always able to get an appointment. All staff very helpful. Doctors allow sufficient time to sortout problems.
Just had one of the receptionist answer the phone in a very rude tone. Context I had a phone call from them 2 minutes prior and they left no voicemail, called back and asked if I could figure out what the call was about. She told me that they had 20 people in the waiting room and said that if this is not urgent or don’t have an appointment today then she has no clue why they are calling me,I have nothing written down for you name is what she said.
