The biggest scammers I have ever been to. Told them a few weeks before service that I need window motors replaced and they said fine, when I took in for service they said they don’t have parts as car is too old but they were fully aware of the year of the car before they accepted also extra costs than normal service . They charged $150 to tell me they couldn’t do it. Spent half an hour over 3 phone calls trying to book my Mazda vehicle in for a service in 4 weeks time. Either could not get through to the service department or they did not return my call. Only when I ask to speak to the dealership manager did the service department pick up the phone. Very disappointing. All their words while on waiting are BS. A poor reflection on Mazda.
Lousy service from parts department.waited for a vital part for 6 weeks.finally came in yesterday.They couldn't spare two minutes yesterday OR today to advise me of its arrival.Now i can't fit it this weekend.very lazy.
Third time we have bought a new car from Busselton Hyundai. Staff are very helpful and give great deals on trade-in. Highly recommended.
Walked through the outdoor showroom last week and noted that all cars were in a poorly presented state, all quite dirty and nowhere near new looking. There was a person right there washing one, but the rest were really dirty. Not sure I've ever seen this at another dealership before, it looked like your car would at home after about 4 months
