Manager is rude
Had a new manual gearbox fitted in my bt50 told Passmore’s’s that there was still a bit of noise coming from it when I picked it up but they said it was alright. I had driven from Busselton to a Ceduna towing a 23-1/2 foot caravan and on my return trip the gearbox blew up , it cost me $8.000 to get me and the caravan back home it had done only 2700 Klm and had only had it fitted 6 months earlier .when they took the gearbox out they said it was my fault for towing too big a load so you aren’t covered by warranty it cost me an... read more
My partner and I just wanted to acknowledge and say thank you to Josh after our experience at the Mazda Busselton dealership. Josh spent 30 mins educating us on Mazdaz & Mitsubishi models. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our “silly” questions. Josh was patient, personable and informative. Josh respected that we were just looking at our different options, and we both left very appreciative of his time. Thanks for the best experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership Josh!
Had a problem with my new mazda leaking fluid under the engine bay. Was told they need to have a look but can't .It is the end of June but can't look at it till AUGUST. This is not great service so will have to keep driving my car hoping I am not causing any damage. Not very happy considering mazda pride themselves on after care service.
