Great service from Michael & his colleagues today for my new Hyundai service. My service request was unusual & there was a minor warranty issue to remedy. Michael & his colleagues addressed these issues professionally, politely, promptly & with a smile. Thx to all of you. I will be returning my Hyundai to you for service for the duration of my ownership - thankyou.
Had to get my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe towed to a garage today, we are only visiting on holiday this time from Perth and desperate to get our locked on electronic park brake failure. Garage told us they asked Hyundai Busselton for some help, but they refused even though this is likely a software issue. Thank you Hyundai Busselton, guess what, we will not be using you guys when we move here in a few months.
