I had hired Richard Busse to handle my bankruptcy. He had helped me during a difficult time. He was constantly available whenever I had questions and executed the process in a very timely manner. More importantly, he didn't treat me like just another client just rolling through this office. I found Mr. Busse's services online and took him on to handle my divorce. Unlike a prior attorney that I had hired, Mr. Busse handled the manner professionally and timely. He was very tentative to all my questions and concerns and made an emotional and stressful time go smoothly. His overall knowledge of the law and professional conduct is very impressive. I plan on using Mr. Busse for my future legal services.
This lawyer is a joke, unprofessional and incapable of disputing almost any matter that needs to be settled in the court room! He's a bankruptcy lawyer who claims to be able to do everything else! He almost most definitely blew any leverage I had in winning my child custody case, he was clearly intimidated of the other lawyer and acted if he was more siding with his own wants then myself. I was honestly better off defending myself. He was not a good choice!
This was by far one of the worst ideas I've ever had! This lawyer is straight out the movies, and I should of picked up on the warning signs when he said "people keep skipping out on paying me. " I see why! He works out of rental property with several other individuals and specializes in bankruptcy but yet trys to do other fields of law.... Not good..
