My husband has Parkinsons and dementia. He has a surgical appt this Friday. The 20th. I explained after they told me to park in the parking garage B that walking in a dark uneven surface wouldn't do.He would fall. Was there a main entrance where I could drop him off? And then run back to take him to the proper area. I have called 4 times and the just get a rude answer "yes there is a main entrance" then nothing else. I am so close to calling his procedure off. Me and my husband went to the outpatient center and were taking care by front desk lady , Kari Mendz (Spanish spoken) she was incredibly educated and translated everything for us she was very explainer, attentive, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and felt supported. Her kindness did not go unnoticed—thank you for making such a positive impact. Gracias
Just had an Ultrasound Cardiac Stress Test done today at the NCH Busse Center – what a great experience I had!! Both Steve and Mia (spelling?) are the best – professional, experienced/knowledgeable, and so passionate in what they are doing!! The setting is well designed, and the procedure is well guided/paced – they are the best I have ever had – thanks so much!! The staff at the registration is great also and waiting time is very reasonable. Definitely well worth the extra driving and the effort in finding a parking spot 😊
