My first visit to this location to see a Doctor, started out as a nightmare due to the front desk customer service staff. 880 W. Central Rd Arlington Heights 5th Floor. I called to ask for simple directions, and I spoke with this wretched customer service rep who was completely unhinged, snotty and rude. I never actually made past the phone call, one of the first three questions was asking for my ss number I was so uncomfortable and the woman who took my call was so rude and unprofessional, especially after I told her I wasn’t comfortable giving it.
