I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. Dealt with the shop multiple times and they're always honest and reasonable. They go out of their way to make sure no unnecessary work or cost is incurred. They were able to diagnose an issue on my car multiple shops could not and kept me abreast with the situation the entire time.

My car is running beautifully. Thank you for the good work. I appreciate your honesty. I also appreciate the rides back home. My husband never wanted me to take the car in for repairs. He thought a woman would be taken advantage of since she didn’t know anything about cars. Now that he is gone I have to take the car in for repairs, oil changes, etc. I feel you are a very good and trustworthy shop. Thank you.
