My appointment was at 1:00 PM. I checked in at 11:00 AM, was assigned a door at 12:00 PM, and was loaded by 12:30 PM. 👌

Appt was at 2. Checked in at 1, given door in 15 minutes, you’ll have to wait sometimes, before they removed trailers from the given door. Out by 3pm. Very quick and efficient, Lamarcus new manager. Great job
