I came to pick up a load at , Buske Logistics and my experience was very disappointing. The lady in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. She started yelling for no reason and didn’t even ask what I needed. As a driver, I expect basic respect and communication. I hope the company trains their staff to treat drivers better in the future.
My appointment at 11 and i checked in on time and wait for 18hours i get door in next day morning 4am
6.5 hours to live load cans. They took a long time at their other loading place near High Point, North Carolina. You seem to take a lot of smoke breaks and spend a lot of time on the phone. No sense of urgency from the people working here.
Don’t waste your time there. Trailer were checked all good 8 hours ago wait for dock and once you know the dock they rejected you for some smell in the trailer. Waste whole day there. Not worth.
