Fast unloading. Friendly staff. Overnight parking +
Really nice people, but very slow loading. I didn't ask about overnight parking, after waiting 6.5. hours to get loaded I was out of hours and just parked there anyway and finished a break and took a extended sleep period.
Great unloading experience, really appreciate getting in a dock before appointment time. Thanks D shift! Nice facility, has overnight parking, restroom to use. Easy to maneuver.
Definitely a one star delivery location. Well….. checked in at 7:10am for what I thought was a noon appointment but it was on their schedule for 1pm. Anyways……. I showed up early because of bad weather coming in and I honestly thought they would take that into consideration but heck no. So…….. thinking they might work me in sometime before my appointment but of course not. They seem to unload road trucks one at a time and not even interested in unloading early trucks. 24H facility is always a plus, fast unloading, easy check in process plenty of room to maneuver. They have green & red lights on the door and still call to let you know paper work is ready so you can actually rest and don’t have to keep checking your light. Me & my wife got good rest. Staff is friendly as well. Showed up during a software crash and everyone was still personable and friendly.
