I use the MyCafeteriaPlan product through my work's FSA contributions. I have found it to be fairly straightforward and easy to use, including the mobile app. I do wish they would incorporate the thumbprint verification so I didn't have to keep track with a password. I haven't really used too many other products in this same vein, but I would use this one again if I worked somewhere different that was offering it.
Worst place to work. Emily is one of the worst people I have ever met at an employer!
