We have been working with TDSIT/Business World for a long time and they are so helpful and their copiers are the best.
Working for a school with so many employees relying on a printer every day, you can imagine how crucial it is to have one that consistently works. So when ours went down, we submitted a ticket to TDSIT—and they had a technician at our location the same day! They quickly identified and fixed the issue, then took the time to show us how to prevent similar problems in the future. A solid 5 out of 5 for their incredible customer service! Highly recommend!
Leasers Beware!!! In August of 2013 our company entered a lease agreement with Business World. The contract was for 60 months. In 2016 we paid off the lease agreement and asked that Business World to pick up their equipment. They informed us that they could not do so until the contract was up and we provided a written request for the end of contract and pick up.
