I should have researched this company before I purchased anything from this company and read the reviews. The 1st time I called this outfit should have been my clue to find someone else but they had the phones that corporate wanted and were over $25 cheaper so against my better judgement I ordered them. The second encounter was even worse. After we received the phones I called them and asked about manuals for the phones.
