I purchased products from BPS and needed assistance. Despite calling and emailing multiple times, no one ever responds or returns emails. They just take your money and disappear. Avoid BPS if you value your time and money.

I recently purchased a batch of Swivel USB Flash Drives from Business Products and Solutions (BPS) for our company appreciation rally, and I am extremely disappointed. Out of the entire order, nearly half of the flash drives didn’t work at all! This was supposed to be a special event to show appreciation to our hardworking team, but instead, it turned into a frustrating experience.
