Was moving our business from one vendor to BPS but after the service we received this morning, just not sure we will be using BPS again other than paper products. An urgent request for AM delivery was delivered at 11:30 am and the driver's response was a weak, "it was the best I could do." Really, with his hands in his pocket, uncaring. We normally get pretty good service, not this time.
