I called in to get a quote for a print job and the guy was rude right off the bat and was very unprofessional. He answered the phone with "Yeah..." and I had to ask if it was someone at the print shop that I was actually talking to, and he continued to have an "I don't have time for this" demeanor throughout the call. He asked if he was going to have to ship the product to me, to which I let him know that I would actually be picking it up at his location.
