I always have a good experience at Floor and Decor in Metairie. The ladies checking me out are always friendly. Yesterday I had a gentleman named Kevin who went the extra mile lending me his grout samples so i could make sure when choosing my floor tile it was the best match. Then he not only loaded the mortar for me but made sure to let me know he could help with loading my truck. Well I needed help loading the tile then loading it all in my truck.
