Having experienced poor service level in another audio store, I randomly walked into Audio Center Ouest and started talking with James. He provided me all the helpful information very passionately according to my needs, not trying to pitch what is out of my budget. After a few visits and phone email exchanges and taking my old speakers to the store to test with a new amp, I completed my system with his help and am very happy with the service level and expertise received.
