Highly recommended. I called in to ask if they instal new cartridges on turntables. The installation process for my record player is relatively easy, so he walked me through it over the phone instead of trying to sell me a service I don't need. A great guy! I'll definitely go there in the future
A very well equipped store. James was excellent in guiding my purchases and helped me a great deal in figuring out what was not working and how to fix it. Highly recommend it to anyone interested in listening to music, especially someone like me who is not an audiophile, strictly speaking.
