I’ve just started my 2 week free trial after a good 18 months away from exercise, and I am hugely impressed with Results Fast. I have a knee injury and Ian was incredibly reassuring and supportive to find options to accommodate my level of ability - but what was even more impressive was when I joined the second session with a different trainer, and the information about my injury etc had been passed on so I didn’t have to explain it all again! I recently joined Results Fast and it's unlike any gym I've ever been to. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with an atmosphere that feels friendly and inclusive. But what sets it apart is the level of support you receive in every session. Small but mighty! A well equipped gym, with PT training every session. Ian and the team are very friendly and welcoming, no matter where you are in your journey. There to guide and spur you on with structured sessions, but also understanding your personal needs within a small group session. You can quite happily feel like your training alone, or chit chat with the other friendly people in the group. Excellent way to work out. Thank you :)
Fantastic, I have been to other gyms & groups and not felt part of “the gang”. I was over the moon when I found Results Fast and did a trial. I immediately felt part of the group. No one is arrogant, everyone has fun and the trainers are excellent. I’ve been going for 7 months and have never felt better not just physically but mentally as well. I highly recommend Results Fast.
A welcoming gym with no judgement. Everyone is really friendly and encouraging whatever your fitness level. The programme is clear and each class is lead by Ian or one his amazing instructors. Highly recommend to anyone wanting some motivation in their fitness journey.
