Incompetent would be an understatement. These people have an inability to communicate, inability to bill the correct insurance and inability to have employees follow up.
Inconsistent service regarding policies for what is or isn't allowed for payment plans and phone payments. Long wait and hold times. A 120 day policy requirement to pay a bill is forcing people to choose which bills to pay, when and which family members receive health care services. Paying what you can is not allowed on an auto draft and even if you make regular payments, if the bill(s) are not paid in full within the 120 days, it will be turned over to collections.
