Slow and lazy
This company is an absolute waste of time, no communication , don't respond to emails or phone calls but quick enough to take payment. Do not deal with this company. Zero star rating but I have to put one to post.
Ordered part and delivery still not here way past original est date..NEVER AGAIN
I placed an order with Business Mind in October 2024 for several seals for my Range Rover P38. After submitting the vehicle identification number as requested, I received no further communication from the company. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email, I have neither received the parts nor a refund of the £145 I paid. I strongly caution others against doing business with this company, as my experience suggests a clear lack of reliability and integrity.
Scammers. I’ve placed order via their website, after emailing and calling, didn’t get any update nor received delivery. I ended up raising dispute with card provider and got refund from them, so they will now deal with BML further from here.
