I live in Texas and my sister recently died in Eugene, Oregon. I ended up with ownership of a home in Eugene with unique ownership and insurance requirements. After a horrible experience over many days with USAA and no results despite significant efforts from a Eugene agent of another national company, the frustrated company agent referred me to Lori Paul at Inszone in Springfield. After working on the problem, she was able to obtain full coverage for the home with a great national company. I am so grateful for her efforts.

I haven't gotten insurance with them yet, but so far they have been incredibly helpful and on top of things. I had another insurance agent for years for my business insurance and they were always slow to respond and not that helpful. Vanessa has been great and I will definitely be getting my business insurance here!
