Customer Service technician was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient.
The worst decision I have ever made was getting a camera system from this company. I already had cameras in my business that were working perfectly fine but was solicited for new cameras. The salesperson sold the company really well and emphasized all the functions of the cameras. Well after only 3 years the cameras no longer work properly. The DVR is defective and the company takes no responsibility. They reset the DVR to its default functions and the passwords do not work. We only have view only access. In 2022, I selected BIT to help secure our business. I needed a way to monitor our restaurant when I am traveling, and during off-hours. BIT provided a perfect solution for me.
