I hope someone reads this in regards to the front office staff at this location including the manager. They are rude and have lack of customer service skills. They are argumentative and when you tell them you will not engage in their behavior they hang up on you. Then take it upon themselves to discharge you as a patient and make it seem as if it’s your fault. No class whatsoever period.
