Not satisfied with their team. Lack of customer service both on personal and professional sides of the business. I gave them two stars because they were able to close.

Despite the lender providing secure wire instructions twice via email, the company chose to act on false information that was faxed by a fraudster. Is it possible to leave a Zero review? I would if I could As a home inspector I submitted invoice for pay at escrow back in early Dec. They acknowledged receipt. House sold and I never received check. And their response….. Chase down the homeowner. Don’t use this company. Look at their ratings!!! Ridiculous

Linda is clueless and a terrible communicator. Do yourself a favor and look for other escrow providers.
