Not great, we have had the worse time getting the AR manager or Finance Controller to call us back. I think they were recently bought out and have gone way down hill. It doesn't seem like anyone is running it.
Poor service, We've had the printer since 2017 and every time we call for service it takes a month to get someone to come out. Then the billing is a mess, we had them over charge a substantial amount do to a meter reading error on their part. Tried canceling the account since March and here it is June and still being billed. Very Frustrating. I would not recommend using BEU for printer service.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone about our account. Calls sit on hold for 30+ minutes before we give up. No service on the printer in 3+ years. Have been trying for a month to speak to someone.
