The BCS team has proven they are a top notch agency and was able to seemingly do the impossible, working through a difficult contract transition with their client. They ran my issue to ground and proved they are a very capable and understanding group of folks who made me feel like a team member and not a number. I appreciate the hard work and long hours to make sure I transitioned between agencies without losing pay and insurance. These are excellent folks and working with them has been a pleasure.
