Idk who answers the phone but they were rude more then once. Insists on being right and was constantly told i didnt do something. I never got any notifications. was just trying to move on and she didnt just kept repeating i was wrong not hwrer and coming back to it. Also after personal research with professional help, i found out i was missing out on A LOT of money. Dozens of questions they never asked me. Just better to move on.
Been going to Jim for only 2 years but he's great.... my mom been going 30 plus years he did my grandma's and my dad's taxes... hate that I have to come back and sign papers lol just kidding give 100 percent my refund comes back within days
Derick does my taxes every year accurately, professionally, and they make it a super easy process from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone.
We been doing business with them for many years . Art is such a great person and Rochelle has always been there to answer my questions. I wish I could give the five stars but Unfortunately I can't due to the fact that I called them to talk about some concerns I had in regards to my business.
