Excellent bedside manner, easy to talk to and a friendly professional staff. In addition Dr. Downes called me personally before surgery. Doesn't get any better. I highly recommend him.
My son went in yesterday afternoon at 4 pm to our regular family doctor for a sports physical. While there, we mentioned a cyst that had been on my sons lower thigh for a few years. A referal was sent over to the surgeon. Then, this morning, right after 9 a.m., this surgeon office called me with a cancelation and asked if we would like to come in at 10 am. Amazing!
