managment cares about customer service and I believe encourages their bud tenders to use the first name on our id's to build rapport. This, customer service, is not something that feels as valued at other dispensaries and makes the experience here more noticeably unique and pleasant. I looked at the menu online before going to the store to get an idea what I wanted and the price. Went to the store and first was ignored by 3 budtenders 2 of which weren't actually with a customer so probably doing online orders. When I mentioned the item I'd seen online for $x.xx was told "that's only for online orders". I said you realize how ridiculous that is right, that i can walk out and place the order on my phone in my car and get a discount? I will definitely be coming back to this dispensary. I walked in on a budget with $13. I was just going to get a gram. I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful gentleman named Cardell. I told him I was on a budget and just wanting a gram. He asked me if I wanted an eighth instead. I was a little hesitant because I thought the quality would not work for me but he pulled out a big jar of beautiful stinky buds.
