Their menu isn't necessarily always my favorite but in my neighborhood Kaleafa clearly has the best storage practices or something because the product is often the freshest around, even on the bottom shelf. Sometimes the shelves seem pointless and arbitrary at dispos, but if you spend a little extra at Kaleafa it is obvious where the money went. Top shelf is truly top notch. managment cares about customer service and I believe encourages their bud tenders to use the first name on our id's to build rapport. This, customer service, is not something that feels as valued at other dispensaries and makes the experience here more noticeably unique and pleasant.
