Went in to drop off a package for pickup. The lady didnt say anything as I went in. I walked to the counter and she stood up and said "what?". And then said FedEx wont pick that up because it has a qr label..... the label was sent by FedEx. No customer service skills.
Went in to get a shipping label printed because my printer broke and they tried to charge me 5 dollars to print 1 piece of paper! To ship the item to Ohio only cost 4 dollars!! The audacity amazes me. Went to the public library right down the street they charge .25 cents per page for black and white and .50 cents for colored. I understand they have a business to run but theres a difference between making money and ripping people off.
