I can't tell you how pleased I was to find a print shop that actualy still does ther own printing on the premises not like some of the big box stores whom have to rely on outsourceing there work. I was in desparate need of updated cards and brochures for a last minute meeting I found Tom's on the net after several other shops could not meet my needs. I informed the person that answerd the phone that I needed printing today and the immediate answer was yes we can! Tom's will be my printer for as long as I own my businness.
I was happy with my service an my cards were done on time i was going out of town an really needed cards fast TOMS PRINTING delivered .Their the only store i know that will do your cards the same day .THANKS!!!!!!
i do not agree with the negative comments...i was completely unsure of what i wanted, and not only did their employees take their time to help me (and i am very picky), but my job was done earlier than said and looked absolutely wonderful. they have a very family oriented atmosphere, and i, for one, will not go anywhere else. thank you toms printing!
This is the way you will be answered. I agree with the last review except it took us 3 times to realize it. Over and over they messed our order up. Finally we ran out of time and had to accept what they had. We did not receive a discount for our troubles they just kept saying that we can fix changes but some how just couldn't get the job done. To many fumes if you ask me. And yes they where not friendly, timely, or accurate. I do not recommend.
Truly dissapointed in this printing company. As a new business owner I really needed help in my design for my business cards and letterhead. I was literally handed example books and left by myself with no input or advice from this store. I did not recieve my cards when I was told and when I did there was an error made by them.
