I wrote out a very specific issue-based email to request assistance from an Enrolled Agent in which I mentioned that I had previously used TurboTax but needed assistance with a tax problem with the IRS (NOT turbotax assistance). This was the response I got which is clearly indicative of the fact that he didn't read my email at all. This is clearly poor quality and not very professional. Hi Craig, I do not work with Turbo Tax program. If you need to refile 2017 your tax, I may able to help you. Thanks, Cletus Fernandez
I have been doing business with Cletus and, they take a very good care of the customers, I had no problem filing taxes all these year. The people who work their are very experienced and some of them worked for State Of Oregon. They help you in all possible way.
We were with them for years but this past year we got lost in the shuffle and stuffed in a file cabinet... forgotten. Unhappy with customer service and with their lack of concern for keeping an established client. They are quick to cash the check though!
