I have been coming to this Vet for years with 3 dogs. I've never had an issue with them till now. Im leaving to Mexico and called earlier in the month 2 times for an appointment for a health certificate to take my little one but the incompetent receptionist told me I could use the one I had done a month and a half ago. This did not sit well with me so I called again today to make an appointment just to update the health certificate. I got squeezed in and when I got there I was charged 285 due to a walk in fee.
