Dishonest over the phone and hit with surprise charges. Highly not recommend
Called to ask for a quote on a broken toilet. They said someone would have to come in person to look first and then would provide a quote. I asked if I could send a photo first and they insisted they needed to send someone to look at it in person. Two men came, looked at the toilet and then They sent a photo to their boss. Allegedly their boss told them it would cost $1,500 to fix and I would have to pay them $75 right away for them to come out and do literally nothing but send the photo I asked to send in first place.
Very happy with the service I received from Mike for my plumbing work. They are professionals and know what they’re doing. Extremely reliable, highly recommend working with them.
