Very unprofessional and unreliable. They give you a date for an appointment, then call you and change the appointment for a different day, you go to such appointment and wait for more than an hour and nobody cares, you asked what is going on and they said five more minutes that were 15 minutes. They are a very kid friendly place, the employees and front desk are very kind, Dr Valdes is just extremely awesome. I would recommend that everybody everywhere bring their children here. I would say this dentist makes you feel just as happy as being in Disneyland. 10 stars if I could."
