Update (4/29/25): I received a timely response following my inquiry regarding the broken clip. Niki reached out gathering information as I anticipated would occur for a warranty replacement. Communication was very consistent and she was thorough to confirm what part was broken and ensure proper resolution. Despite the replacement being shipped from Australia, it arrived in a very timely manner (in less time than it takes to ship something across the US in some cases). Purchased the Extreme Shower Ensuite at the Overland Expo in VA. Multiple weeks went by without any shipping notifications, no return calls for voice mails that were left and finally got notice it shipped. Finally warming up to get ready for camping... went to install it and one of the height adjustment clips broke into pieces as if it had been baking in the sun for years. Absolutely terrible customer service. After purchasing an extreme 270 canopy at the Overland Expo - West this year it arrived (late) damaged. Very Poorly packaged with a single layer of thin bubble wrap and cardboard for a 70# awning. Of course it was destroyed on the way. Arrived with missing parts, torn cover and dented frame. They wouldn't take a return and mailed the missing parts from Australia, even though I was initially told they'd come from Texas.
