One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Jim and Todd couldn't been better. Very professional, courteous, prompt, and the work was superb. The pricing was very reasonable. Had mine refurbished for a trip back to Fla. Rode like a dream with a lot of confidence. If you want the best for a very good trailer, you have to go to the best, then go to T & J Bushtec Performance!! They are the best.
So I called and placed an order told him what I needed and I was told yes they had it. But when I received the item it wasn't complete it was missing the main component. We couldn’t be happier with our Tow-Tow trailer! It has been an absolute game changer, allowing our dog to safely and comfortably accompany us on incredible journeys—from Sturgis and Daytona bike week rallies, to cross-country motorcycle trips. The build quality is outstanding, and the ride is smooth and stable, even at highway speeds. It’s given us the freedom to travel without leaving our furry companion behind. Pulled my 2002 Quantum GL "Fat Melba" out last Saturday to get her ready for a scheduled trip and found a wheel issue. I was afraid she was a gonner! I messaged Todd at Bushtec, who called me back on Sunday which was impressive! Thankfully, he said it was totally repairable! So, we loaded her up and made the 17 hour trip to their shop from Fort Worth, TX to get repairs done. They got us in and out in 3 hours!
