We couldn’t be happier with our Tow-Tow trailer! It has been an absolute game changer, allowing our dog to safely and comfortably accompany us on incredible journeys—from Sturgis and Daytona bike week rallies, to cross-country motorcycle trips. Pulled my 2002 Quantum GL "Fat Melba" out last Saturday to get her ready for a scheduled trip and found a wheel issue. I was afraid she was a gonner! I messaged Todd at Bushtec, who called me back on Sunday which was impressive! Thankfully, he said it was totally repairable! So, we loaded her up and made the 17 hour trip to their shop from Fort Worth, TX to get repairs done. They got us in and out in 3 hours! Absolutely outstanding service!! I have a 2004 Quantum GL that we've pulled all over the US and Canada. After 20 years, it needed some well deserved maintenance and updates. The biggest issue was the A-arm bushings were badly worn and needed replacement. This was more that I wanted to tackle so we decided to take a trip to Jacksboro TN and let the pros take care of it. This is my second Bushtec trailer and I'm blown away by the performance. Just a joy to pull and the added comfort that comes along with having ALL of my gear is phenomenal. Not sure if they're still even in business or not. If they are, get one while you can. If not, look online and find a great used one. Regardless of the price, they are worth every dollar!
I placed an order recently which was received in just a few days. One large mistake in the order however, I was billed for correct part SKU: 99702000 (Bike Side 4’ Harness w/black and white plug for $44.99) but received SKU: 99701000 (Bide Side 6” Pigtail for $19.99).
