Cole slaw was not tasty as usual. Livers were over cooked usually very good. Fried chicken too crispy and dry. Overall not a good experience. Not our usual experience.
Staff is amazing, this is my second time here and they never fail to make the experience great. Marco, the manager is so kind and always greets with a smile. 10/10, definitely consider stopping by and trying the amazing chicken.

This has to be the worst experience I've had at this restaurant (or any restaurant). My family ordered a family meal and when we got home we started eating the chicken (multiple family members) and we noticed that partially into the meal the chicken smelled AWFUL. Like dead rotting animal. We called the store to talk to the manager and we spoke to a man named Marco Morales. He was the RUDEST person I have talked to in customer service!!!!
