They always make fresh food, tea is always great too! Very friendly service too. Always clean inside.
Aug 2026 Back dining at Bush's chicken, near Hausman Rd & loop 1604, with some friends. We had a good visit. The staff at this location was very attentive, professional, and customer service-oriented. They offered suggestions on specials, too. I just can't say enough about the service and customer service-oriented approach the team took. Extremely disappointed with the service and misleading advertising at this location. The roadside marquee clearly advertised a special that includes a 32-ounce drink with the two-piece dark meal, but when I ordered it, the manager handed me a small 20-ounce cup and claimed it was the standard medium size. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she tried to brush it off by saying the meal came with a medium and that I could just get free refills—which completely misses the point. Chicken was hot everything else was cold Took 14 minutes to get my foood. Hella workers hella chicken . 1 car in drive thru and 3 Ubers drivers waiting for 20 minutes plus! Do better jeez!!!
