Pulled into drive thru at 7pm with with 6 cars in line. Two rolls of 3 cars. Waited 30mins. In that time 1 car got their order, and I was still waiting to order. Literally 30mins, I was watching a movie. I had to leave cause that was nonsense plus i was low on fuel. I only had bushes chicken maybe 3 times in my life and Im 42. Its to hot for kids to be walking outside to take orders. Grow up lil bush
My very first experience at this location. First off the environment was clean all over from the tables to bathrooms. I proceeded to order and the manager NENA took the time to be extremely polite and caring about every little detail. I ordered tenders and fries then asked if they had okra. She said I’m going to make a fresh batch now. When the food arrived it was all hot and EXTRA CRISPY. HIGHLY impressed at every angle and would recommend this to my closest family and friends. Terrible service; the cashier was in a bad mood. Then I ordered the 16-piece tender box—for $21 dls were burnt, dry, and very small. I felt ripped off. I would never recommend it.

Got a coupon in the mail Like most chain eateries - there are good locations and not so good locations. This was a good one - I like their livers & gizzards and their seasons and sauces Thats just my opinion
