Let me start with how much I love Bush's chicken. Their chicken with Spicy Serendipity seasoning is so good. However, this location is so slow, and is regularly out of sides or certain pieces of chicken (ex: if you want dark meat only). A family pack is too pricey to not actually get what you wanted.
I have came to this location three times and there is no customer service at all. No smile, no greeting, no apologize for waiting so long, and all the workers look so mad and annoyed. These people should not be working here if they don’t like working with people or for people. I love Bushes chicken and I have always had a great experience at the location on Huebner but this location on Boerne is the worst. This will be my last time coming here.
I was craving fried chicken and we went through the drive thru. Chicken was obviously from lunch time or yesterday's chicken. The chicken was so dry that the meat had pulled away from the bone. Extremely greasy. Lots of tea to get it down I was so disgusted I got up and threw it away. A waste of my money. The Order was wrong and I think I got about 10 fries.
