I always stop here every time I go to Pleasanton to pick up some gizzards but today was a very strange visit. Customer service was not what it usually is. I don’t know if the gentleman was the manager what he was but Customer service was out of zero for me they were having light troubles. My favorite happy hour spot for my tea !
The 30 bucks for 2 meals should be a crime. I left feeling immediate regret after getting my receipt. Oh, yeah-- the regret hit at that time because they don't list their prices on the menu, and the cashiers come out to your car and ask for your order without telling you the price before charging your card. Also, it took 20 minutes for my order, which also stinks, and my chicken was rubbery and tasted undercooked. I H guess I'll find out later how sick I'm gonna be from eating here.
No dress code 😢 didn't take my order right gossips about order employee while getting orders stopping to much to gossips food was ok but half was older and hard to much for what you get sorry
